Our Mission
To provide your psychotherapist with modern tools, enabling them to provide better therapy.
Problem
Imagine, if your cardiologist would try to determine your heart disease and treatment plan without any tools.
Psychotherapists have to subjectively evaluate, if they are over or under stimulating their patient.
Overstimulation can lead to a worsening of the patients condition. Under stimulation makes the therapy inefficient.
Solution
Bravr is an AI-tool, providing therapists with a data-driven and objective approach to psychotherapy
Biofeedback
Bravr uses vital parameters and interaction data as a basis to analyze the patients responses.
Machine Learning
The biofeedback data is analyzed, in real time, with Bravr ML and provides validated insights.
Simulation
The therapist can adapt the simulation or exposure according to the patients response.

The Team
We are a passionate team of university students from diverse backgrounds in computer science, neuroscience, medicine, psychology, industrial engineering, and business, united by our commitment to revolutionizing mental health care through data driven therapy. Combining our expertise, we aim to create innovative, immersive therapeutic solutions that address individual needs and foster collective growth. Guided by our motto, “Become Braver Together,” we strive to empower both patients and practitioners to improve psychotherapy.
The name of the company “Bravr” is a combination of “Braver” and “Virtual Reality”. It embodies our mission to empower individuals to face their mental health challenges, using modern technologies such as Virtual Reality, biofeedback and machine learning.
The idea originated when Johannes was in therapy and realized that therapist lacked the tools measure and expose patients accuratly. To solve this issue, together with Felix, he entered the Digital Seeds Competition 2022, which their team won in the category Metaverse. There they met Julia, Nele & David and formed a team to participate in further competitions. In 2024 the group decided to follow their dream and turn Bravr into a reality, hoping to positively impact the therapy journeys of millions of patients world wide. They were then joined by Felix Schneider and other friends that think alike.
Our Mission: Become Braver Together!

Unfortunately, we are currently still in the development phase and are working hard to receive medical and government allowance for application. If you still want to try BraVR at the earliest time, follow us on Linkedin and contact us for which use case you would be interested in. We will send you a questionnaire that will help us determine if you are eligible for one of our trials. We are currently looking for patients to test and verify the simulations and biofeedback.
In the first stage we will be focusing on the German and European market. Afterwards we plan to expand into the American and other markets.
Our goal for the European markets is that the application of BraVR in therapy will be covered by the public health insurances in most cases. If you have a special case or are a therapist feel free to reach out to us for more information.
If you are a therapist/doctor and want to participate or cooperate in our trials please contact us and we will contact you with the next steps to join our beta testing. If you are looking for treatment, contact us and we will send you a questionnaire to see if you are eligible for a trial.
We are happy to receive feedback and suggestions for improvements to our simulations and therapy approach. Feel free to suggest a simulation/situation. We will keep track of these and work on simulations based on how often they are requested. If you are a therapist/doctor or clinic looking for a specific simulation or have changes and ideas for treatment please reach out to us and we will discuss these together.
